  • 🛡️ 7-Days Checking Warranty: If you receive a damaged, defective, or completely different product, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

  • 📹 How to Claim: Simply record a short, clear unboxing video of the parcel when you open it. Send this video to our WhatsApp support team along with your order number. We will process your replacement immediately!

  • 📦 Condition for Return: The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

  • 💸 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement product or transfer your refund directly to your Bank Account / EasyPaisa / JazzCash.

  • 🛡️ 7-Din Ki Checking Warranty: Agar aapko damaged (toota hua), kharab, ya order se bilkul alag product milay, toh aap 7 din ke andar usay aasani se return ya exchange karwa sakte hain.

  • 📹 Claim Karne Ka Tariqa: Parcel kholte waqt ek choti si unboxing video lazmi banayen. Yeh video aur apna Order Number hamare WhatsApp support par bhej dein. Hum fauran aapka masla hal karenge!

  • 📦 Zaroori Shart (Condition): Return ke liye zaroori hai ke product bilkul istemal shuda (used) na ho, aur apni original packing aur tamam accessories ke sath wapis bheji jaye.

  • 💸 Refund Ka Tariqa: Aapka wapis kiya hua parcel milne aur check hone ke baad, hum aapko naya parcel bhej denge, ya aapke paise direct Bank Account, EasyPaisa, ya JazzCash mein bhej (refund) kar denge.
